A good majority of my experience comes from being in the right place at the right time! Now I know that may not sound the best but in-the-field experience has afforded me the ability to develop in ‘real world’ scenarios. I can now pass on the experience savings to you!
I’ve never been content as a ‘one trick pony’. I am constantly trolling through books, articles and documents trying to find, learn and try the next best thing. This keeps me as much ‘in the know’ as it keeps me ‘in the now’ when it comes to web standards and methods.
My goal is to keep reactionCONTROL as agile a company as I strive to be personally. This will allow us to try new things with customers and maximize the ongoing return on their marketing investment.

With two decades of experience on my resume, I’ve had a range of job titles. To name a few: caddy, retail manager, trainer, recruiter, webmaster, and from time to time simply ‘entrepreneur’. Reflecting on my experiences, the best and most rewarding ones were at times working outside my job description, or even working without one! Persistent shape-shifting and continuous self-development are the core values that bring me satisfaction.
I am a dabbler – I enjoy learning the background and skills necessary to be successful at whatever I am doing at any given time. With my varied interests, I bring a substantial array of knowledge allowing me to morph into whatever role is most beneficial to achieving a goal. My successes are those shared with my clients and partners because I stand as proudly by my work as they do by theirs.
